_An aspirant for regional manager’s position, is of course expected to have better knowledge than a candidate for scale 4/3/2/1_

*Out of syllabus/ irrelevant question* :
✔_was there any prescribed syllabus for this exam? Not Really!! There was nothing unrelated/irrelevant/impossible to answer, Asking bonus marks for such question and bringing all candidates on the same level will be disrespect to knowledge and efforts of those who actually gave right answers for such difficult questions_

*Questions on IRDA REGULATIONS /Legal matter*
✔_IRDA regulations / legalmatter are integral part of the industry and our business, expectations to be aware of some of these regulation is very realistic and justified. Can middle and senior management function without knowing the intricacies of legal/ statutory matters_

*Fire & engineering ques were not spread equally*
✔_was marine & aviation was spread equally? No complaints about that because that is favorable to us?_

*Most of the officers having average age of 50 are unable to memorize rates/tariff/loading etc.*
✔_management acknowledges the right of senior ppl to get a fair chance to promotion, that is why exam marks are given just 20% weight-age in normal channel plus there is separate seniority channel consisting of 20% of total vacancies. With years of diverse experience in the industry and given this fair chance, no one can outperform our respected seniors._ 👍🏻👍🏻

✔_Very true!! Those ppl are real bread winners for our Insurance Industry and has to be rewarded for their sweat and blood, that is why weight-age of WORK RECORD gets increased for higher level 35,40,40 and 50 for Scale 2/3/4/5 and qualification marks are not being considered._ 👌🏻👌🏻

➕*_Moreover one need to choose only 100 questions out of total 210 question, In each section there is a liberty to leave aside 5 out 30 question, even then if any Section is comparatively tough, don’t worry u need to choose only 4 sections out 7, isn’t it fair enough?_*
