UNIONS MEETING WITH GIPSA

Friends ! UNIONS representatives met GIPSA Officials at Delhi today and discussed various issues. Gist of the discussion is given below :

1) Non-Core Benefits : Increase in Lease Rent Limits for all cities and Education loan approved.

2) Another option for Pension would be taken up with Ministry post Budget session.

3) No amendments in Promotion Policy for this exercise. Promotion Exam to be held on 29th May 2016. Scale VI and VII Promotion Exercise will be completed before May 2016.

4) GIPSA invites Class I Associations for discussion by 2nd week of March for review of APAR system to link with KRA for all Scales of Officers.

5) Improvements in Housing Loan Schene to be discussed in next Governing Board Meeting of GIPSA.
6) Amendments to TMPO, including norms for posting of Women Employees, to be brought in before next transfer exercise.
7) Issue of Taxation on perquisites may be taken up in next Governing Board Meeting only, by third week of March.
8) Check-off Exercise to be conducted in September 2016.
9) Ministry advises GIPSA to review 2009 PLIS Scheme.
