Sri Pannvalan Pann has compiled comparative table on the basis of input available from LIC Unions with a view to show difference in various Parameters in respect of Bank Officers and LIC Officers wage settlement. The important point to be noted here is, there is a difference of 26.31% in Basic Pay alone. So, the future pension and other superannuation benefits and future pay scales will be more beneficial to LIC staff.
